Hi, my name is Philippa Hazeldine and I am an experienced and professional yoga instructor. My accreditations are in Dru Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I offer a friendly relaxed service whereby you can either come to a group class in person or online via Zoom. Or if you prefer, a one to one lesson either at your home or mine.
Our in person classes are based around Wolverhampton, Wombourne and Sedgley. And of course you can join the online yoga classes from anywhere via Zoom.
We also offer a free taster yoga class so you can see if our style of yoga lessons is for you.

We spend so much time in our headspace trying to balance our busy lives that we lose connection with our natural rhythms. Today, we live in such a fast paced world where the ideology is that we must always be on the go. The pressure to stay busy, work overtime and to meet deadlines, leaves us feeling stressed, overworked, exhausted and generally unhappy. It is so often said that we are expected to accomplish more with fewer resources, which can make us feel enormously overwhelmed. It can be that this affects the natural rhythms of who we are (and more importantly, who we should be).
Yoga offers us a simple and enjoyable way to reconnect with ourselves and to improve our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. After one of my classes, you will feel much calmer, centred and ready to take on the world with a renewed sense of vigour.
My classes are peaceful, slow and calming but will also help to improve your mobility, core strength and give you a sense of great wellbeing. I am part of the “slow yoga movement”. To slowly move through yoga postures and sequences rather than rush through them allows you to listen more to your body and to drop out of your head space and into your heart space and feel at one with yourself and the universe.
My vision is to enrich the community with a sense of peace and wellbeing. I want to draw people away from their physical and mental discomfort, to help them achieve and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle. With this in mind, I aim to provide a friendly service where people can indulge their senses, to socialise and relax.
