I joined Pippas’ yoga class as I was recovering from an acute illness,
my aim was to regain health, flexibility and confidence, 5 years later I am
still here!
Not because it hasn’t worked, it has, I am still going as I have gained
so much more than expected, a group of good friends and techniques to help
with everyday stresses and strains, both physical and mental. After class
each week I take home a great feeling of calm and relaxation.
The classes are structured, warm ups followed by Energy block release
movements, then posture work, often breathing exercises and relaxation
at the end, all taught with Pippa’s care and attention for each student
alongside
a wonderful sense of humour.
Most of all I love the spiritual quality which Pippa brings to each class, gently
sharing her knowledge of depth of the movements, breathing exercises and
postures which for me deepens my practice
